The "elps digitape" is a collection of the best recordings from the legendary transmission eins live partyservice since late 1998. It's encoded in lame enc 3.97 -V8 --vbr-new or V9 --vbr-new, depending on the sound quality of the source. The aim is, to collect this wonderful music for further generations on archive!
archive.org says: "This audio archive in an public libary of live recordings available for royality-free, no-cost public downloads. We only host material by trade-friendly artists: those who like the idea of noncommercial distribution of some or all of their live material. Live recordings are part of our culture and might be lost in 100 years if they are not archived. We think music matters and want to preserve it for further generations."
It was hard work to create this DVD, please keep this in mind and give this cute DVD the attention it deserved!

the eins live partyservice was one of the most succesful dance radio transmission between 1995-2004. during the 9 years dj piet blank from the trio "blank & jones" etablish the dance music on germany's most important youth radio "radio eins live". on the live gig's the team filled big areas like the "westfahlenhalle, dortmund", same location like the mayday! the 20.000 people where just euphoric, when they celebrate on the catchy uplifting trance sound from this mindblowing broadcast. since 02.10.1999 the format expand from saturdays 20:00-0:00 to the new timeline 20:00-06:00. The last Partyservice where on 14.08.2004, Jaspa Jones had supportet the master Piet Blank. Eins Live gave no offical statement, but they seem to focus more on black music. the follow up transmission "cruising" where just one year on air!
